With more than 17 years of hands-on experience in the building and construction industry, Laura Terrnova offers a fresh and innovative approach to building surveying consultancy.
As a registered building surveyor with the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) and an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, Laura possesses the necessary qualifications and expertise to deliver exceptional services.
Laura’s journey in the building industry began as an architectural drafter, allowing her to gain valuable insights into design principles and construction techniques. Over time, she transitioned into technical, compliance, and project management roles, showcasing her proficiency in modular and offshore procured building products.
Now with nearly two decades of experience as a relevant building surveyor, Laura is guiding Deemed To Perform to become a leader in the residential construction space, becoming a key resource for designers and developers to lean on throughout the life of their projects.
